How can I get FREE phone support with Yahoo! Search Marketing?

I'm having a lot of problems with Yahoo/Overture Search Marketing. I'm trying to find ways to get support from them but it seems like I actually have to pay to get answers to my questions. They charge me on 2 clicks on my campaign for which it says "Null Term". What is a null term and it won't even tell me what the term was. Plus they take money out of my account without my knowledge within a 3 hour time. There's other problems I'm having but I'll just leave it at that for now. I'm getting really frustrated with their PPC services.
